Scott and Grand daughter Kim Harrington. Scott is principal for a school in Beaverton and Kim is the world's best 3rd grade teacher. In additi0n, Kim teaches piano and violin and Scott either paints or builds homes in the Summer time. Hard workers, both of them.

Thelma and Jim coates, Charline Gebhardt's mother, made a surprise visit to George and Kays. They drove to our home without assistance using their GPS system in his car.

There was a special on King Crabs, so we bought several bunches. The crab is pre-cooked so it only takes 4 minutes on a hot grill or boil in water, Cut the segments with a scissors then cut along the legs. This allows the meat to fall out easily. Dip in melted butter. YUM !

George stands in a beautiful 1.5 acre tract that may be the future home of Scott and Kim Harrington. The street is paved with wqater and sewer in place. Chuck bought the adjacent plot next to the main highway. Beautiful homes in the neighborhood, makes this very expensive real estate. Chuck says it is a good investment, even if they never build there.

Ann Gebhardt, forever the Entertainer, at Chuck's home, she performs to the delight of all. She attended her Mom & Dad's 65th Wedding Anniv. in Coos Bay in February 2,008 and was the life of the party there. Ann lives in Vancouver, WA.

Grandma Gebhardt will be 88 in "08", that way, all the Grandkids know how old she is every year. We used to love to travel and go on cruises, but now we are content to stay home. We both keep in volved with church and local projects to keep us young and George goes to the Empire Health Club 3 times a week. Diet and exercise keeps you active and young.
